Delo Group and ROSATOM completed the documents that define the procedure for acquisition of a 30 % stake of MC “Delo”
On December 9, Delo Group and ROSATOM State Corporation completed the documents that define the procedure for acquisition of a 30% stake by JSC Atomenergoprom in the authorized capital of LLC Management Company “Delo”.
The document was signed by the Director of JSC Atomenergoprom Kirill Komarov on behalf of ROSATOM and Sergey Shishkarev, the President of Delo Group, on behalf of LLC Management Company “Delo”.
The singing of binding documentations is a path forward the agreement of intent signed earlier.
According to the signed document, the parties decided to combine efforts aimed at expanding the score and geography of the logistics business. The partners face the ambitions tasks of developing the global leader in the international transport and logistics business based on existing competatancies and assets. The main areas of cooperation will be development of international multimodal and transit shipping on the Asia-Europe-Asia route via the Northern Sea Corridor Transit (NSCT).
ROSATOM is the authorized infrastructure operator of the Northern Sea Route and the owner of the world's only nuclear icebreaker fleet. Assets of the MC “Delo” include six sea container terminals in the Baltic basin, one in the Azov-Black Sea basin and one in the Far Eastern basin, the key regions of foreign trade cargo flows. < Back to list
