In the course of the study, Delo Group will consolidate the best practices of digitalization through its own experience in creating information systems — on the port premises and as part of the Unified Customer Portal*. The group will also identify challenges at the intersections between the information systems of industry participants. Based on these findings, Delo Group will suggest solutions to facilitate and improve the efficiency of data exchange across the logistics chain.
“The launch of NDTLP is an instrumental step in the digitalization of the transport and logistics industry, which will improve the transparency and manageability of operations, as well as reinforce interaction between the government and business. A single interface with government agencies is the primary business request for NDTLP, and Delo Group is ready to share its experience and expertise to address this issue,” said Boris Sopelnik, IT Director of Delo Group and General Director of DeloTech, LLC.
*The Unified Customer Portal is an information platform for customers of Global Ports marine and rear terminals. By using a personal account they can issue documents, control reporting, monitor the status of cargo handling in the port, and order terminal services online. < Back to list
