• Ekaterina Lyakhova, who has amassed over 12 years of experience in various management roles at Rosatom State Corporation (currently serving as Director for Business Development), will assume the role of CEO at Delo Management Company LLC, the group’s parent company, replacing Dmitry Pankov. It's important to note that Ekaterina Lyakhova will continue in her current capacity within the State Corporation.
• Mikhail Kontserev is set to take on the role of President at TransContainer PJSC, succeeding Vitaly Evdokimenko.
These management transitions are scheduled to undergo the requisite corporate procedures and formalities by the end of November 2023.

Her experience with Rosatom State Corporation positions her to introduce the best practices to our Group. Furthermore, I anticipate that Mikhail Kontserev’s background in driving organizational and structural changes, coupled with his keen industry insight, will play a pivotal role in fostering TransContainer’s continued growth and advancing new areas of operation, particularly within the context of promising transport corridors.”
Kirill Komarov, First Deputy General Director and Director of Rosatom’s Development and International Business Unit, emphasized the “strategic significance of Delo Group within the context of the State Corporation’s execution of national and industry initiatives. This encompasses the construction of nuclear power plants, both domestically and internationally, as well as the resolution of logistical challenges on the Northern Sea Route.”
Ekaterina Lyakhova boasts an impressive educational background, having graduated from the Ural State Law Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence, and pursued advanced studies at the Lomonosov Moscow State University Graduate School of Business (MBA program) and the Antwerp Management School (EMBA program). Her career trajectory includes senior roles at Renova Group from 2000 to 2007. Ekaterina was the head of Koltsovo Airport management company from 2008 to 2009. She subsequently served as Vice President for Corporate Governance of TVEL OJSC (subsidiary of Rosatom State Corporation). From 2011, she held the leading positions at the Rosatom units, presides over the Board of Directors of Atomenergoprom JSC, since 2019, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Delo Management Company LLC, and since 2022 she has been a member of the Board of Directors of TransContainer PJSC.
Mikhail Kontserev is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, major in Material Resources Management, and the Netherlands Higher School. has gained extensive experience in both the automotive and media industries. He was the head of the National Media Group, and worked in different Rusatom’s units - Rusatom Service CJSC (General Director), Center for Energy Efficiency of INTER RAO UES LLC (General Director). Since 2019, he has presided over LLC Managing Company VGS Group, an enterprise managing assets in the railway rolling stock repair and maintenance sector. < Back to list
