The award was presented for the implementation of the birth rate increase program and support of motherhood and childhood, which was initiated by Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors. It is aimed at improving the quality of life of employees with children, improving corporate social support measures, and contributing to the implementation of demographic policy in the Russian Federation.
Delo Group has taken a flagship role in this direction and was one of the first to implement best practices to support the families of its employees. The Group is pursuing the message of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin that a large family with three or more children should become the norm.
Since the start of the program, about 2,000 employees have used its tools, and more than 40 families have received 1 million rubles upon the birth of their children. 90% of women return to the company after maternity leave, much higher than the market average.
