Corporate changes in Delo Group

The Group has completed consolidating its stevedore assets under Russian company LLC “DeloPorts” (Russian ООО «ДелоПортс») (Novorossiysk, Russia). The Group will still be comprised of NUTEP container terminal, KSK grain terminal and TOS bunkering company. This autumn the Holding company's executives plan to announce a number of perspective investment projects in such areas as throughput capacities increase and introduction of new services for the clients.

In this respect, we announce launch of updated DeloPorts Russian website on July 13, 2015.

Igor Yakovenko is appointed the new DeloPorts CEO. Mr. Yakovenko joined the Group in 2006, till 2012 - CEO of the Group’s oil products terminal. He has wide experience in implementation of infrastructural investment projects and management of companies in transportation industry.

Earlier the President and founder of Delo Group Sergey Shishkarev bought out the 10% share of DeloPorts from its ex-President Timofey Telyatnik. The decision to sell the share was made by mutual agreement through amicable settlement, President of the Group in his statement thanked Mr. Telyatnik for fruitful cooperation, which resulted in implementation of several successful investment projects.
