‘Following consolidation of container fleet, we see demand for handling larger multi-purpose and bulk carriers at the Big Port of St. Petersburg. Their use reduces transport costs for our customers. ‘Petrolesport, being a multifunctional terminal, has the required infrastructure and experience to handle general and project cargo and large-capacity fleet,’ said Nikolay Pinchuk, Managing Director of Petrolesport.
In November 2023, Petrolesport accepted the largest in its history container ship OAKLAND with a capacity of 4,843 TEU, while the average size of container ships in the port of St. Petersburg is about 2,000 TEU. < Back to list
