Spanning an impressive 1,440 square meters, this heated warehouse hosts 396 pallet spaces and boasts a covered ramp for the seamless receipt and dispatch of prefabricated cargoes. Complementing this setup is a dedicated loading and unloading zone adjacent to the warehouse, strategically positioned to streamline the handling of rail-arriving cargo at the Kresty station.
Sergey Beryozkin, Head of Ruscon, highlighted, “The burgeoning market for containerized small consignments, driven by increased shipments from China and the upsurge in intra-Russian traffic, necessitated a specialized terminal within our infrastructure. This new warehouse caters specifically to our e-commerce segment clientele. Moreover, its strategic placement in the southern precinct of New Moscow, adjacent to a major thoroughfare, ensures efficient and convenient logistics for cargo transit.”
As part of its ongoing modernization thrust, Ruscon has successfully commissioned a new container terminal at the Orlovka station in the Volgograd region. Further reinforcing its commitment, investments have been made at the R-4 terminal in Novorossiysk, including acquiring new equipment and establishing enhanced access roads. These initiatives underscore Ruscon’s dedication to progressive and efficient logistics solutions. < Back to list
