DELOPORTS LIMITED consolidated DELO-GROUP stevedore assets

“DELO” group of companies consolidated its stevedore assets in a holding company DELOPORTS LIMITED that owns 100% of “TransTerminal-Holding” LLC, segregated from “Delo-Center” LLC. “TransTerminal-Holding” owns 100% of three stevedore companies, located in Novorossiysk: container terminal (“NUTEP”, JSC), grain terminal (“KSK”, JSC) and oil products terminal (“NNK”, LLC).

Establishment of DELOPORTS allowed consolidation of operating and financial results of the holding company in accordance with international standards, expanding possibilities for attracting investments and reaching terminals’ operational synergies.
