In the scope of cooperation PJSC TransContainer plans to retrain and develop skills of its managers and specialists using facilities of Institute of Economics and Finance of MIIT. Rail operator is willing to assist in the development of course materials and curricula for teaching, conduct consultations and seminars, and participate in the compilation of textbooks, scientific and other printed publications.
On its part MIIT will obtain the opportunity of an internship for its students in demanded professions and occupations in departments of TransContainer. Moreover, representatives of the University will be able to conduct research, training and learn operator's business processes, including visits to high-tech facilities.
Potential aspects of cooperation include holding various competitions and training programs by the University, announcement of grants, organization of joint research work in areas relevant to both parties with the involvement of leading employees, the most promising MIIT students and postgraduates.
