During the week, six families from Novorossiysk, Kronstadt, Kingisepp, Omsk and the village of Argayash in the Chelyabinsk Region visited a variety of the capital's landmarks - Zaryadye Park, VDNKh, Dream Island amusement park, Moscow Zoo, Planetarium, took a boat cruise on the Moskva River, and attended the annual meeting with Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors. During the informal meeting, Sergey Shishkarev highlighted the company's social initiatives and presented employees and their families with memorable gifts.
"Out of all our social initiatives, including the development of professional and grassroots sports, the demographic program is by far the most significant and the most kind project. We expect that the support methods available to employees with children contribute towards systematic improvement of their material well-being, as well as their status. Our measurements show positive results, and the feedback demonstrates appreciation of the program and its new tools, in particular, the digital platform for patronage of large families and pregnant women - an individual communication channel between social managers and employees,” said Sergey Shishkarev.
The corporate demographic program has been in place in all assets of Delo Group since 2023 and is available to 11 thousand employees in all regions of presence. It was launched on Sergey Shishkarev's initiative and provides for progressive benefits and a sharp increase for large families, including a payment of 1 million rubles on the birth of the third and following children. Companies have social managers who assist employees in understanding the variety of corporate and state support measures and in applying for them; a digital platform for patronage of large families and pregnant women has been launched in 2024. The practice of regular meetings of families with the Chairman of the Board of Directors was introduced in 2023.
More than 2,000 employees have used the program's various tools since its launch, and more than 40 families have received 1 million rubles in maternity benefits. According to the 2023 results, the birth rate in the sub-holding where the program was first implemented has increased by 20%, and births of third and subsequent children have risen by 4%. Staff turnover among those who received corporate support for childbirth decreased by 19%. < Back to list
