Construction of New Deepwater Berth in Novorossiysk

The necessary construction equipment is already on site, first piles for the junction foundation have been driven into the seabed. 
Completion of works and introduction of the new berth is scheduled for 2018. It will allow the container terminal to serve direct Novorossiysk calls for ocean vessels of up to 10,000 TEUs. 
Introduction of the new berth will increase NUTEP’s throughput capacity by 350,000 TEUs to 700,000 TEUs, which will most likely change existing supply chains in the region due to reduction of costs for current and perspective clients of the terminal. 
The project is an integral part of the DeloPorts strategy for development of the stevedore assets of the Group.
