SERVICE HUB IN THE PORT OF NOVOROSSIYSK
Delo Group and Damen Shipyards Group signed a Letter of Intent to establish a Service Hub in the Russian port of Novorossiysk with cooperation to commence before the end of 2017.
The Letter of Intent was signed during the NEVA 2017 trade fair in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
The establishment of a new Service Hub in Novorossiysk is aimed at expanding the existing customer base of Aleksino shipyard and improving the quality of service. Currently more than 30 vessels that Damen built are operating in the Black Sea region. This current number of Damen vessels operating in the area is set to increase as Delo Service Company (part of Delo Group) takes delivery of three Damen ASD 2310 tugs in November. Handover of a fourth ASD 2310 is scheduled for 2018.
