Management Company Delo announces that it has entered into an agreement with Transportation Investments Holding Limited to buy its 30.75% stake in Global Ports Investments PLC.
Total area of the terminal is 6.5 ha, container storage area 2,000 TEUs, warehouse area 7,000 square meters. The terminal is located 5 km from the port of Novorossiysk.
